Hotel was okay but lot of improvements are required. Rooms are not maintained properly. Locks are damaged and there is one window which cant be locked

This is not even a 1 star. I spent almost rs 1 lakh with make my trip and this has been my worst experience. I may not be booking hotels through make my trip in future. It's such a rip off.

Hotel in very bad shape. It's below than good guest house. No restaurant. Interior is very bad shape. Wooden things in bed were so ugly and infected.

Good Stay

Location was very near Mahakaleswar temple with the VIP gate and Gate no 4 the nearest. Road in front of the hotel was very narrow and difficult for two standard vehicles to pass each other. Room was spacious, but attached toilet not so clean. Food not available from hotel, but can be ordered from a nearby place through reception. Lift facilities yet to be installed. In case of power off, fan and bathroom light keeps working.
Room was standard, considering the location near Mahakaleshwar temple. No lift and no restaurant was there. Was told that work was on and by next year both should be in place.

Very good stay for a pilgrimage at Ujjain. Very close to magical temple. Only con is--they do not have a restaurant---room service get the food order from a nearby restaurant which takes some time to get the item. Front office and sleep quality is good.

Overall Stay was Good

This hotel is walkable to Ujjain Mahala Mandir which is the most comfortable thing for people going on to Darshan. Absolutely no dependency on transportation and we walked to all the nearest Mandir's Not a bad pick to stay at this hotel. One concerning thing is there is no elevator in the hotel and difficult for old age people unless they get room on the ground floor. There is no back up Generator and we had to face some difficulty as we had to go to temple early in the morning and bathing was a concern as there was no light. Staff was good and courteous and good behavior. Room was neat.

Location is great and so is the hotel. But they don't have room service and restaurant, that being the only negative point. All in all good and clean hotel at affordable price. It is a nice and comfortable place to stay with family.
