good place to stay. located centrally, just 200 mtr away from market. very decent room and decent amenities . The staff is really polite and supportive. will recommend having inhouse snacks and breakfast (at nominal charges) served by staff, however this is available till 12 noon only. for lunch and dinner, you can explore Nikhil lunch home, adjacent to hotel or NH07 just 2 buildings away.

Had to travel to Kankavali for a family function. Nice and Clean Room, Very helpful and polite counter staff. Just that since I had to take bath at 6am, it took more than 15 mins to get hot water, that also was warm and tepid. Something needs to be done about that. Rest all was very good.

Hotel was located in the market with highway touch was easy accecebility to travel.Room was neat & clean.Staff is coutigious & helpful.Service is prompt.Only thing is that they can increase food varieties for breakfast. Most I like that it is affordable. will definitely visit again in our next trip.

1. entry and access needs to be guided well. 2. as the rooms are at 4 th floor they should have a stand by lift as on failure of single lift senior citizen faced issues climbing up 4 floors and getting down. 3. room was clean and good housekeeping.
