The Hotel Relax

Hotel rooms were very big and had a very comfortable stay. Hotel staff was good too and restaurant was also nice.

Good hotel, at good location too, but more wellit signage on highway would help for night travelers. Lift was not working, we’re told that is under repair. Dhananjay, attendant was nice to attend to us at 1.00 am. We could not test the food.

Value for money stay.

I had booked a suite and paid a thousand rupees extra for breakfast included. Not only was the place unhygienic and dirty but the the entire staff was uncooperative as well. There was no breakfast available ( no breakfast buffet) and were told that there is no such service here and to take the issue up with MMT. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and after repeated calls to the reception and housekeeping for mosquito repellent, no one came with any help and also stopped answering phone calls. The owner showed up the next day but no issues were solved and not even the courtesy of a refund was offered.Please do not stay here. Stay on the road instead, would still be a better stay.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking a room with twin beds, we were provided with a king-sized bed instead. To make matters worse, the receptionist's demeanor was unacceptably rude when we brought this to their attention. I would strongly advise against booking a room at this hotel due to their inability to fulfill basic requests and their poor customer service." Or, if you'd like to make it even more concise: "Disappointing stay. Booked twin beds, got a king instead. Receptionist was rude. Would not recommend."

This was my third visit to this place.. Food cleanliness everything was good.. However at my recent visit faced an issue with checkin, as some of the old staff was changed and had service issue during breakfast and evening. But would recommend to visit if u are looking for clean rooms and good food.. Owner is helpful - But just a recommendation (new staff should be trained, due to the exceptional service we visited thrice.

Room was close to the highway with noise if heavy vehicles passing by every minute. We had chosen this hotel for overstay but the sleep was miserable due to this continuous noise.

Location is a bit far from rely station. Autos do a lot of haggling. We paid 130 to 150 fir going and cmng from stn to hotel. Amenities need improvement lije no hot water flask facility to prepare room tea, bathrooms shd be cleaner. Plus point is food is good, rooms per se are large, clean and comfortable.

Hotel relax is a nice place to stay. Food served is good. Staff is polite & courteous. Room service is exceptionally good. Hotel relax serves you drinks from its well stocked in-house bar. Kankavli market is around 1 km away & can be reached by autos (if you don’t have your own car) which are readily available. Ek visit to ban-ta hai!

Hotel is nice, rooms were cleaned, location is on Mumbai-Goa highway. Only one feedback they should keep wooden mat or non slippery mat in washroom for shower since floor is slippery.

Overall stay was really good. Rooms were clean and next. Staff was very cooperative and helpful.

Very nice stay. Staff is well trained. Specially food was good no complaints on that. They have fine dine restaurant and price match the quality and quantity of food. Was not expecting such good service and hospitality. Definitely go if travel-ling with family.

This is my second stay in this hotel. The staff is courteous and service is quick. The food was cooked properly and was tasty. The ambience is good.

Good location, rooms were clean, staff helpful. Food was balanced in taste. Some items were good and some required some modifications. Anyway the stay was comfortable and served my purpose. The room tarrif should have been more competitive. Felt it was slightly on higher side.
