Location is very good room service good.

Good room and atmosphere but not good food.

Good room, good friendly, management and staff always okay.

Overall fine stay in the Hotel. Location was good, as the Hotel is in mall Road. If you don't consider the amount then it was a very good place to live. But yes not acceptable with the amount paid!

Sorry to say but me and my family did not enjoy stay at this hotel. As per my understanding this hotel is under dispute and owner is not allowing to stay anyone to hotel. Hotel claiming as three star but basic facility is not meeting the grade. This hotel is not recommended to anyone.

Experience in this hotel is not up to mark. First hotel is near by with all place of visiting. Staff are very good and take caring of their customer. Food is good. Location and environment is good. Not provide full facility like towel, as per person. Geyser is not working properly.

It never feels 3 star category hotel. It have lots of complaints like telephone lines not working properly. Mobile Phone charger socket not available or if available then damaged. Mattresses are poor quality. Water blocks in washbasin. Only single staff for everything. Dinner order completes more than one hour and same in breakfast. Hotel owner behavior is not good. I stayed only one day while my booking was for three days. I request to make my trip then never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay at Manali Monarch Residency was not good, we were totally upset with the stay i.e. electricity facility no generator, geyser backup was not there, food very bad, staff only 1 person, while ordering for food we did not got what we want, and what ever we asked in food they say not available. Totally disaster hotel not happy at money wasted,

It was a good experience in the hotel.

The hotel has no parking facility for any vehicles except for the cars. The road leading to the hotel is very small. The manager does not know how to behave with customers. The coffee dinner order took too much time. Lastly, he asked me to pay the hotel bill which I had already pre booked at make my trip.

Lack of basic requirements/facilities in the hotel.

The service and the room was worst not worth as we paid and in no circumstances it seems as 3 star hotel. The food was horrible and no extra food was served.
