Stay was good. Staffs are just ok. The receptionist was asking too much of questions. In the room, I couldn't find a mineral water bottle which showed when I book a room there.

Mr. Robin at the time of check in the 2nd person was not with you and when an unidentified person is getting inside the Hotel and going to the guest area the person who is in charge will normally ask. That's a normal procedure in all hotels. The mineral water normally we keep it in all rooms.
