The area around the hotel is located in an isolated place. No amenities were there, no TV, etc. The room in which I have stayed in was very bad, it is running out of light, only one single lamplight was there in the room. They provided only two bread and butter and a cup of tea. the washroom was not clean. But the room service boy was very good. The amount of money I paid I am not satisfied with that, probably I can get a deal in that amount. It's not a hotel it's like a lodge. I will not recommend this property to others and obviously not for family.

This place is not even a hotel. It is very isolated and almost looked like an uninhabited area. There was no signboard or post about this hotel. It is just a normal residence in a gated community. Even the security guard at the gate was not aware of this place, so he stopped us at the gate and did not allow us to enter. After lots of arguments and counter arguments, we somehow get inside. But as the place looked deserted and the place was unfriendly, we did not even enter the place and just took off and stayed at another hotel. I would not advise anyone to ever visit this place.

Illegal Property on MMT WebSite

The Property is not a Hotel. It is basically a Private House being used as Lodging, illegally. The Duplex Villa inside a Private compound is being sold as a Hotel accommodation. I am sure there is no Licence nor the Private compound management is aware of this being used as a Hotel. Having said this, I do not wish to state on further amenities of the so called Hotel. There is not even a Board, nor does the caretaker have Hotel Letter Pad / Stationery. There is no GST number, however MMT charges us the GST too. It is a pity that MMT is NOT rechecking the Property.

The experience is not very satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is very backward, very instated. To reach the hotel, is very hactic. The hotel staff are very wellhead. One shouldn't recommend the hotel for staying more than 2 days. Otherwise the hotel environment is very good. We have to walk a little distance to get to the main road.
