Staff is not Professional. They talk to customers rudely. Food Prices were low and location was also ok

Super deluxe room opted, in the bathroom there was no basin or glasses. Basin was inside the room; from where bad smell coming out.

Didn't stay in the hotel but the staff was quite rude on the phone itself.

The hotel is situated in a nice location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and food in the in-house restaurant was very good. Overall had a pleasant experience during the one night stay.

If you reach early morning, than this is not the hotel you should go for. Extremely unprofessional people. They do not respond to calls nor open the doors for you. I had to stand on the road from 5 am to 8 am and stand in the reception till 11 am. Even if you go out at night, they close all doors by 10. 30 pm and you have to bang the shutters to get it open. This hotel predominantly runs by letting out rooms to construction companies who are there for infrastructure work. So their interest on normal guests are of least priority. I will never stay in this place even if offered free of cost. Absolutely pathetic attitude.

I'd booked for my night stay at coochbihar quite late in the evening while travel-ling from guwahati to siliguri. Hotel staff were very receptive of my late arrival which was 3am in the morning - in fact due to heavy rains, i kind of lost my way and the hotel staff helped me out by sharing "location" at 2am in the morning! the room was fabulous too.
