Overall experience is good. The room was clean, once i checked in i asked a Hotel Crown Plaza staff member to change the bed sheet and pillow cover, instantly action was taken. The location is very approachable and convenient. Duvet was not having cover which is to be taken care of. They don't provide complimentary packed water bottles so guests need to carry a water bottle by their shelves. Overall it is good. Food you can order by various food delivery apps.
