stay was really below average with no water facility

room of 3 wasn't designed for 3 people , it was too small. Door locks were broken. Showers were broken. AC was not working

Our stay was decent for a short rest, but there were a few noticeable issues. While the room itself was fairly comfortable, we noticed a significant number of ants on the floor, which affected the overall hygiene. The bed cushioning was uneven, with one side having a spring that made it uncomfortable and disrupted sleep. On a positive note, the food served was tasty and enjoyable. However, the dining area lacked cleanliness and had an unpleasant smell, which took away from the dining experience. Overall, it was an average experience—suitable for a quick stopover, but the property could benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness to enhance guest comfort.

Totally terrible hotel i have ever seen they charge high but they don't worth it hotel is very very old structure.

The staff is very loyal because i forgot my mobile charger they called me and returned the same

Nice hotel, staff behaviour was good, specially the receptionist person very well behaved and helpful person, i need to print my train tickets for ta claim and there's no cyber cafe but this person after speaking once, he printed all my tickets. Above all the hotel room, beds, bedsheet, comforter and toilet were very clean.

Room was good. Service, cleaning of room also good. Food quality was good. Staff behaviour was also good.

It was horrible. First of all, the basic amenities were not present like toilet soap. The towels, bed sheet, and blanket were unclean. More importantly, the owner was very rude and disrespectful. I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

Good stay, good food and prompt service

We had to take a break on our journey so we chose this hotel due to its location. Location was good and close to the highway. Food was amazing. However, we couldn’t sleep at night because there were rats or pigeons or some other pests in the false ceiling of our room. They made such a noise throughout our stay that it was impossible to get even a minute of peace and quiet. I’ve never stayed in such a hotel! if only they took care of that and the interiors, this could be a good place.

This was a average stay, hotel was average don't expect much. Food quality and service was good. We asked them special food for our child and provide quickly. Basic things are missing like no telephone in room (we called from mobile to hotel landline), no glass in room, no electric water kettle and no almirah.

The Hotel is not Worth staying at. It is a small lodge with poor service and poor quality of breakfast. Moreover, the Hotel staff is very unprofessional.
