it's fraud this name of hotel not exist at the address. also provided wrong customer id all scam in the name of fraud hotel. esclate the matter and provide me my refund and remove hotel identity from your site.

businessI have booked this hotel for my colleagues. Firstly, at reception they denied for check-in and asked for extra money and the person on reception is so rude and denying to talk on phone also. Then after a long conversion they agreed for check-in but room which they provided was too much dirty. Washroom was totally chocked and they said that this is the only room they have. We have no choice as the booking was non refundable and i have no energy enough to fight them on call at late night. So my person left that hotel and taken check-in at somewhere else.
