I stayed with my wife, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in terrible condition — broken toilet seat, leaking water, and a foul smell throughout. I requested to see other rooms, but unfortunately, all were in a similar unhygienic state. It was one of the worst stays I’ve had, and I genuinely hoped would cancel the booking or offer a refund so I could vacate immediately. It completely ruined our experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I paid around Rs.9000 for 2 rooms for 1 stay.I thought room hygiene would be relevant to the room prices, but it was my miss assumption. When I checked in, I found lenin was putrid & disgusting in terms of hygiene & I had to call service to get it replaced.

The room was good but they could have cleaned well. When we entered it was giving bad smell. When they know that guests are coming at a certain time they can clean the room and refresh it with freshner etc and keep the room ready. Also bedsheets were little muddy and didnt looked clean.
