All time experience is bad and time is wasted my whole family stacked in this situation for 1 hour.
Didn't get a room but booking was confirmed and payment was also get deducted.

The room is good but there was a shortage of water for half a day which caused quite an inconvinience, otherwise room service is nice. The location is near to railway station so it is quite convenient. I guess one of the good hotels in the city

soloThe location was too interior. Rest of stay was average. Service and cleanliness was OK. Bathroom could not be locked. Hotel didnot have most of the tv channels. One goodpoint was it had parking facility. Took a lot of time to get my clearance and checkout.

Had experienced reluctance while check in and when the room was allocated it was without keys so you either have to carry your valuables with you or to believe in god for the safety, food was better but service needs improvement.
