Terrible Stay

I had checked in on 18th dec. With bookings till 21st dec. Payment made in advance. However due to emergencies i had to modify plan and check out from venue on 18th morning. Resort has not refunded my two days advance. On app it clearly states that one could cancel stay before check in time. At the time of check out i had asked for invoice and same was also not given claiming that same will be through mmt. I am an old customer for mmt. I request you to kindly look into this.
