We booked tht hotel bcz we had some work in IIIT Kalyani , hotel is nt maintained properly , bathroom are not cleaned and smelly . Overall not good though behaviour of staffs are good . I paid 148 rs for 4 cup tea , which I felt costly as per the hotel standard . Not value for money .

Room was not properly cleaned. Water leakage from ac. No soap no shampoo bathroom was dirty floor was dusty reception was not receiving call restaurant was not receiving call room service was not available. I hadn't taken photo

No soap or brushes have been given. After requesting 3 times the same to the receptionist then only received. Water issue. Checked out hotel without bathing. Used my own purchased 1 littre water for brushing. After repeated requests for water also no solution.
