Good package overall however some caches

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, location is slightly off road for first-timers but closer to market. Staff is very cooperative, they helped on multiple accounts, the campus is also very beautiful. However, there is one cache this hotel has two buildings and I was put in Old one as I was told new one is very expensive (double) so be sure what you are exactly booking. Food quality is good but Tea and Coffee quality are not that good. Another thing no Tea / Coffee kettles in the room and no Tea/coffee service in the room. Once again staff is very loving, caretaking, soft-spoken and can be trusted 100%

Location is near to the leh market

Location is near to the leh market however not a straight forward entry it is located somewhere in the middle of other houses. Locating the hotel is very difficult.
Hotel entrance, it is hidden somewhere in the middle of the road.

Excellent hotel to stay

The location of the hotel will suite only some travellers but the hotel is worth it. The rooftop cafe is the excellent place to be at leisure... The rooms are airy and clean. The staff is courteous. All in all an excellent hotel. Don't mind the ongoing construction.

Cordial staff and excellent cleanliness

Hotel has very pleasant location. It is surrounded by the hills from all sides. Hotel does organic farming in open area available and a small garden is maintained by them. Staff was very cordial and supportive. Attention was paid to our problem. Cleanliness was excellent. Market place is at a distance of 10 min walk from the Hotel. We could get food of our choice. Hot water was available 24hr. Free Wi-Fi facility was available but with some interruption. Hotel allowed me to use their LAPTOP for checking my flight schedule.

It is an excellent hotel I stayed with my family for 5 nights. Hospitality was superb, especially manager of the hotel was just awesome and very helpful. I would say if you are traveling to Leh I would say stay in Padma Guest house only. Only negative part of the hotel is vegetarian food but it is just 0.75km away from market so you can have it from main city market.
