Townhouse G SILVER HOTELS NEAR US BIOMETRIC

Property is not hygienic, good and the receptionist didn’t help me accommodating early check-in though there was availability and i paid extra amount for early check-in. Property is not good. I didnt expect this from make mytrip. Sorry

I book this hotel, when i reach at hotel reception boy was unpleasant, he show me room which was not good very bad smell very dirty room floor and toilet floor bed was very dirty and pillow was very very dirty i reached at hotel around 9. 30 pm i requested him to give me clean room but all room was same same time i called to customer care had discussions around more than 1 hour because of late night i can't change hotel i was very tired they given me same hotel they committed for 20 % discount but i didn't get any refund.

I stayed here for 1 day (25-26 th september. We reached there around 7. 40 pm and went to the reception at 1st floor. From there we come to know that there is no such booking they received in my name from makemytrip. We were very scared at that time because outside it was raining and had the visa interview in the next day early morning. After discussing and showing the booking details they agreed to give us a room in the 3rd floor. The room was not good at all. The building don't have any lift facility. We had the booking with complementary breakfast option, but they didn't provide any breakfast. We paid makemytrip for the breakfast and didn't get it. From 10 pm to 12. 15 am there was power cut. The stay don't have any power backup. We suffered a lot at that time period with hot and humid weather and there was so many mosquitoes. No help we received from the helpdesk. From this experience i am sure i'll not book any hotel room from makemytrip.

The cost of my hotel stay was justified. I was more than happy. Additionally, the prices were reasonable.

Very bad experience. The hotel authority told clearly that makemytrip has not communicated my booking and hence, refused to provide accommodation. I am surprised of such poor professional service of makemytrip. Refund my payment of rs 1844 immediately pols without delay. Makemytrip failed to provide service of providing accommodation. I have frequently used makemytrip service. This is the first time makemytrip failed in service causing mental agony to the regular customer. Pls refund rs 1844 without delay

Stayed here for a week and loved it. The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

In picture room was big and maintained, in real was not .room was small pathetic with worst behaviour of the employee

Entire hotel stinks with trash, uncleaned bed sheets and arrogant receptionist with no customer service at all. I don't recommend this

The environment was pleasant, and i would like to visit again, outstanding quality, and your ability to deal with your guests is wonderful.

The person at reception was really helpful and provided detailed information, excellent value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient.

The rooms are large and tidy, and the bathroom is very wonderful. I love this site, and you will too best place to stay.

Very friendly environment and welcoming staff. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and we were soon settled in our room. It was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room shown in the picture and the one given to me were quite different. First of the room given to me was quite small. The cleanliness was almost none. I had to get the pillow covers changed and room swept and mopped again to make it liveable. The manager had given the mm t booked room to someone else and i was made to stay in this dirty small room. The manager started shouting at me when i said the ac is not cooling.

Had a fantastic stay! the hotel's ambiance was great.
