Terrible Stay

My trip to this Villa was terrible there was no one to greet us outside the villa. From the time we checked in n checked out there was fluctuation of electricity n no Aircondition at all.when we escalated this issue the person said he could not do anything. The towels were dirty no toiletries were given. Every time we asked about the air-condition it was an excuse saying that it is a local issue which they can't do . This was the worst holiday .There was no moment that I call it pleasant
