Home away from home. I loved the stay as it was so comforting like home. Loved the concept of having kitchen along with utensils, appliances and the hall with balcony gives you homely feeling which we don’t get in a typical hotel room stay. I even extended my stay and would love to stay in orraica again

Amenities were in pathetic condition, all the utensils were really dirty and half of them were missing, there's no proper ventilation in washroom and the assistant caretaker just gets enter in the apartment without asking for permission. Even after asking for change in bedsheets and comforter on a long stay, they won't do it on a daily basis. Overall it was an average experience.

The room was filled with cockroaches because of which we could not stay and the owner has even refused the refund our amount. Pathetic experince and customer service
