Amenities were in pathetic condition, all the utensils were really dirty and half of them were missing, there's no proper ventilation in washroom and the assistant caretaker just gets enter in the apartment without asking for permission. Even after asking for change in bedsheets and comforter on a long stay, they won't do it on a daily basis. Overall it was an average experience.

Terrible Stay

The room was filled with cockroaches because of which we could not stay and the owner has even refused the refund our amount. Pathetic experince and customer service

Poperty location is good and pleasent but poorly operated no housekeeping or reception staff manager also not intrested in in sloving cuatomer concern many facilty mention in brocher missing ,stinky room with odour of cigerate ,unclean bed sheet and comfoter,after repeted request to clean room and washroom no one turned up for 10 days.we have clean our self.very bad experice not food for family stay.

Hi Hasnain... Thank you for leaving us a review. Housekeeping hours are from 10 am to 5 pm which is clearly mentioned. Everyday you left at 6 am and returned at 10 pm. We also informed that Housekeeping can be done if someone is present. Hence one day you arrived at noon and we could only do the Housekeeping then. When we finally got access of the Flat, the Cupboard door was broken and the Mosquito repellants were missing. We got it fixed but request you to respect house rules of the next host for a comfortable stay. Else it is always better to book a hotel instead of Serviced Apartments. Have a Great Trip.

Terrible Stay
The room was awful, not aesthetic at all, especially the reom that I was in , mosquitoes. It was sufficating. No room freshner.
