Broken Doors, and wash basin. rest things are ok. Location s infront of tea factory view is nice.

When we reach there wait 1 hour to found key by owner and keeping some ones dress keeping inside. Floor tiles are broken it dangerous to stay with baby. No light inside bathroom and not safe to bath there because window glass already broken and not replaced. Too much dirty floor and comforts are not washed and bad smell all over room.

Property is old, location is good parking is in steep slope. As it's a separate house you have to ask for each and every thing.

Very nice place to stay there, it's on top of ooty, u can easily cover chocolate, tea factory from there and u can see the sunset view from windows, it's a very nice place to stay

There is neither cleaning in the hotel nor adequate staff. If you ask for anything, it is after 1 hour. Don't even give 1 spoon

Not only did he ensure our comfort during our stay, but he also came to our rescue when we faced an unexpected car puncture. His prompt and efficient help in repairing the puncture saved us a lot of hassle and allowed us to continue our exploration of this beautiful hill station without any interruptions. Aside from the exceptional service, the amenities at the hotel were also top-notch. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering us a comfortable sanctuary after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's serene ambiance and tranquil surroundings made it the perfect retreat for relaxation. Overall, our experience at the home stay hotel in ooty exceeded our expectations. From the stunning views to the attentive staff, every aspect of our stay contributed to a memorable and enjoyable vacation. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway in the heart of ooty.

Dude to medical emergency i didn’t stay there

There was privacy and stay was ok. Bathrooms were not very good, utensils were very dirty and no extra blankets were provided. The view was awesome though.

Its good to stay as family. Rooms and hall is average. Rooms and bed are not that much big. The care taker boy is very supportive. Toilet is ok but we felt foul smell. Kitchen has wash basin and basic amminities parking will be. Difficult one. Parking space is there but the property located in a sloppy area.

We stayed here for a14hrs building is new one, location view good, rooms and beds sofas everything good except 1bathroom is not good, i my rating is 3/5

Homestay is good, bit old property but neat, 2 bedroom with hall location is also good very near to tea factory overall good experience

The stay was really good. The view from the room also is super awesome. Arvind has taken good care of us and has always been available when needed.

The caretaker arvind is a very nice guy. He will arrange whatever you want. Best for family, best for friends.

Property wise good and clean. Caretaker also good. Reasonable price to stay. Good thing was they provide kitchen for cooking. Cooking charge also reasonable. I suggest this property for family.

The location here is very nice and excellent view from rooms. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned. Everything was easily availed by host. In short the staying here is worth it every single penny.
