This is actually a very old villa not maintained well except the bathrooms. Floors are old type with very bad wardrobes with out hangers and keys. I have booked at a very high price without even the breakfast. This is for 2 rooms with king size beds. The owner is in haryana. The caretaker is a local guy. He has already rented one room to another family and asked me to stay in one room and provided one extra pillow. We were 3 stayed in one room paid for the whole villa. There is a tv but unsubscribed. Totally useless for a very high price. They morphed most of the pictures of other good hotels to impress us including the bed rooms. My advice is that never book the cottages in ooty. Go for hotels. You will get much better hotels with all facilities for less price than this. Totally unsatisfied experience for me. Very upset. They haven't organised anything. They doesn't have a name board either on the main road or on the villa. It doesn't worth even 4000 rs for the whole villa even in peak seasons
