very bed experience with mmt, i booked those hotel which is very bed,there is no service even no tea and coffee also no water for water supply and cleaning, very very bed experience

No parking place rotten smell in the toilet dirty baath room no cleaning service not so clean linen

Very bed experience there. Not available any facilities which is mentioned. Food and kuchen not available there staff not available. Bathrooms are very beds location not good. Very bed experience i booked by make my trip

The hotel staff was rude first the staff was not ready to give 2 towels for 2 occupancy and then after asking for it we have to argue and then when we checked in to the room it was all dirty seems like an old room was given to us, all the dirt was there, over walls there were spider webs, the blanket was dirty, when asked hotel staff to change the room showing how dirty the room is they said it is because of dim light you are feeling like this and started arguing, even the TV was also broken. It was a special day for me and for my partner and the hotel ruined it and though I have paid nearly double the room tariff but still received such pathetic service.

Review of [octave parkland suites] i recently stayed at [octave parkland suites, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the check-in process was frustratingly slow and disorganized, with long wait times and unhelpful staff. Upon entering my room, i was disappointed to find it not properly cleaned; there were stains on the carpet and dust on the surfaces. Additionally, the amenities promised were either missing or not functioning. Another major issue was the parking facility. The parking spots were not available, and those that were available which are paid but also were poorly managed, leading to a lot of confusion and frustration. There was no clear signage or assistance from the staff, making it a hassle to find a spot and navigate the area. For a hotel that claims to offer comfort and relaxation, this was quite disheartening. Overall, my stay at [octave parkland suites] did not meet expectations, and i would not recommend it based on this experience. I hope management addresses these issues to improve future guests' experiences.

The rooms were unkept and untidy. There were no bathroom toiletries. The staff was not cooperative.

Except location everything was next to worst. No parking and staff were very rude and mannerless.

Worst. This is the worst stay experience. At the entrance they have kept one boy and he was the only person to give. If u check in after 4 then there is a issue of cleaning staff and because of that they are not able to make room ready. Even i have to wait 30 min. Biggest problem of this hotel is u can not get mineal water or tea, they directy said and food or tea u need to order online there only stay in hotel. That boy gave m3 smallest room and that also not much claen. Bedsheets and pillow was used i will recommend all mot to stay here if they give room free

Worst hotel i have stayed in my life. Bathroom where stinking, bathroom mat was full of dirt. Not provided dental kit. Check-in took 2 hours.

The hotel was a disappointment especially after being rated well. I was allotted a room with a broken toilet seat and a stinking washroom. After changing to another room, the stinking smell in washroom continued and i was told it was due to recycled water being used. However, the smell was too much. Further, the room's cleanliness was basic and a water bottle was included as an add on. There is no parking and the hotel asks visitors to park at a pay and park facility 500 meters away. Overall a disappointment.

Great experience staff was really co operative. Nearby all restaurants and shops are available here

Boy at reception was very smart. Except him, nothing was mentionable. No parking available(pay extra at private parking that too 300 yards away, no restaurant, not even tea service, no bottled water available, rooms dirty, washroom stinky, doors and other fixtures in poor condition.

1) at least 1 packed water bottle must be given as complimentary. 2) before giving the room to guest, pols check all the items weather its broken or not. In my case few items i found broken & empty a) soap dispenser is totally broken & empty. B) toilet seat cover is also broken. 3) in all my stay the reception is always vacant nobody was there to take care of complaints. By considering above points i consider my experience as bad only.
