There was no food in the premises, it was mentioned clearly while booking there will be ac but soon we reached there wasn’t any. It was a disappointment. Also there was no room service available. However, we managed. No

The location is very hard to find and they have not enough signage to find the stay. If you are with vehicle you will have to take a walk of atleast 20 mins to reach the stay. They do not provide help to get luggage to stay. Safety standards were also bare minimum.

There is no vehicle connectivity to the property, we have walk very long carrying our luggage is very difficult task. That too walking along sea shore is very difficult. Dinner at the property resturant was good. We didn't had breakfast over there.

Stay was ok. Property location was difficult. The access road needs improvement. Property identification directions are not found anywhere.

Location of the room is very good, for a couple is very romantic place to find and chill out.

But make confirmation about the food if you place the order coz it's almost 8 km far from the gokarna and you don't get any thing near by, coz need to go by very narrow and uncomfortable road to reach the room that's almost a one km disaster road. Overall is good
