Customer service at its best.

We were welcomed to a dark and gloomy room with dirty blankets and broken tv. There was no water in the morning in bathroom. And to make it more worse Hotel staff was very ignorant and only after calling countless times they sent someone to fix the issue.

No facility for food, Restaurant Sagar Ratanam nearby, location is good but lot of noise due to movement of vehicles, too much pollution. Rooms are under renovation, no lift, high air and noise pollution, no food facility etc.

Location is best ... But fecelty is not good cleaning problem ... Door lock pro ...

Staff were very co-operative and polite. Humble welcome from reception the only thing from which I was upset that I have run over 46 steps on stairs to get into my room. Nevertheless I would recommend this hotel to every because the location was perfect just beneath the alambagh metro bus stand station ..

Cleanliness of this hotel is average. Located on Alambagh bus stand metro station. Service is good. Staff behaviour is pleasant. Room are sufficient for couple. Totally satisfactory. Accommodation are good.

The location is a bit awkward but the rooms are clean and maintained. Its a good place to stay at cheaper price. Most importantly the washrooms are cleaned. The staff is well behaved they do jot charge any unnecessary taxes from the customers.

Overall good but take extra charge for 2 hours of checkout and problem with cleanliness and staff is good, if you are going for cheap hotel then it is good .. If next time again check-in karunga toh isse better koshish karunga

Good hotel at reasonable price if you want to stay in Lucknow than go for this hotel. Facilities are good rooms are neat and clean and only gyser doesn't work and hotel boys charge more money to bring anything from outside.

Location very good and convenient from station on Kanpur road. So trouble free for travel to airport in the morning. Rooms dirty and no ventilation. It is more like old type lodge and management can make some small improvements at nominal cost.

Well it's all because of makemytrip. Thanks a lot, you guys make it so easy to search and book a hotel in a reasonable price. I was in Lucknow with my sister for her exam and hotel staff provided its best quality. They offered us air cooling room, provided an AC room. So impressed!

The only thing good is the location it is about 3 kms from the railway station and also on the main road but the rooms are filthy, bedsheets dirty and toilets smelling. The staff are always drunk on country liquor. Go if you have no other option in the world.

1. Location of hotel is nice, 50 within Alam Bagh Metro station (when the Metro completed). 2. Office and front look is bad, (but renovating, construction is going on, maybe it completed 3-4 month). 3. I stay in room of Rs. 1200-1300 per day. Room is nice, clean, AC working, service is okay. Bed is good but, pillow and blanket is worst, toilet is western good and clean, water geyser is there (Hot and Cold Shower). 4. Service is okay. Overall, good hotel.

I am searching for a zero, I do not even want to give them one point also.
