Worst experience ever booking for a hotel through mmt.

There was not even a single staff member except a rude receptionist and a watchman in the hotel. Basic amenities like water, toiletries and cutlery were not provided to us. We believe they haven't cleaned the room since a very long as we could see curtains, doormat quite dirty
