Hi, The guest was not providing the valid government id as guest was carrying the passport of some different country and when asked to show the Visa issued by Indian government or any Indian origin

Wonderful Stay in the lap of the mountains

The place is lovely with great views of the valley. You can witness the sunset from the property which is an added bonus. The host is a wonderful person and really helpful. The property is very well managed and clean. The food they offer is home cooked and soulful. Definitely recommend this place to all folks who want a wonderful budget homestay away from the crowd of the city. The stay is 7 km away from mall road but its worth it as you get a great property and wonder ful views at the price point that we get it for

Very clean and well designed place to stay. The washrooms and rooms are very clean. The stay was most refreshing and very memorable for me and my family. The team took good care of us to ensure we had a good time in shimla. Location was was nice and food was excellent.

Mam we definitely have explanation to it - you checked in on 7th may - 2023 at 4:00 a. M drunk. Your reservation was of 2 people but you were 4 people but still we accommodated. The room category which was given to you was same that you booked online ( can be verified online. Your misbehaviour with the staff was also ignored. Things went worst when in in drunk condition you were creating nuisance and disturbing other guest and nearby surrounding of the hotel.

The property is located 9-10 km away from mall road which is too good to avoid traffic. Beautiful mountain view from the flat that i stayed in. Fresh air cool breez wonderful location. I opted for home made food and it was super just like my own home food. Quality and service provided to the room itself. You can really trust on food. The stay was super clean. I would rate this hotel 100% for cleaness. I definitely love the stay and surely i will come again!
