Fake advertisement on the site about room, location and everything

When I booked room for 2+1 then why extra bed and accessories not provided by the hotel.

Confusion created by make my trip between two hotels of the same name marc residency and Hotel marc. If you choose hotel marc which is near isbt tutikandi Shimla then make my trip may provide marc residency which is 18 km away from that hotel. So please choose carefully.

Good rooms, has basic amenities, clean room and bathroom, courteous staff, disadvantage is that does not have in house restaurant, room service is available but that's not in house ... After you place order, they get the food from their own restaurant on mall road. Hence this takes time ..

I stayed along with my family at Marc Hotel.. Hotel is little far from the Mall road like 10 mins away and near to the station.. Clean Rooms. Good on Budget. Location wise yes it was okay. View from the room wasn't appealing (allotted rooms). But there are valley view as well.. Staff is helpful. Restaurant is available. Breakfast - parathas and eggs are good choice. Dinner - ordered was also good Mutton masala. Overall experience was good and bathroom is clean. Hot water Available without any extra charge. Would be good for families.

The hotel location is quite interior and narrow roads make driving to hotel difficult. The staff is very helpful and then place is clean. If you are looking for a peaceful place then it is right for you.

I stayed with my family in February last week in this hotel and booked online. I found exactly what I read on review. Nice location of hotel, clean room and food was awesome, loved it. Hotel staff was very supportive and quick response on any requests, all facilities were available.

The hotel has a picturesque view. The peaceful and family environment is what made my stay very comfortable. The staff is very cordial and helpful.

Everything was up to the mark, Room were exactly like they showed in the pics. Although the location of hotel is a little far from mall road but you can get a cab from hotel to mall road for 250rs pick and drop. You might face problem reaching to the hotel as the easy road is restricted and only vehicle with passes will get through, so it is better to call the hotel and get somebody who can take you to the hotel. Food was very good with first class cutlery. Staff is very helpful specially Bhatia ji the manager. Overall Rating 4 out of 5.
