Poorly maintained property

Location OK, room was basic with no amenities, had torn sheet which was replaced by less torn sheet. Had regular visits by cockroaches, one of them had to give up his life for trespassing. No food arrangement. Only thing worth mention is the cordial nature of owner who allowed early check in.
