Very peaceful and beautiful stay . Food was great and had homely and variety of tastes . Road to the property is quite small and steep so keep this in mind if you have bigger cars.

Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated—easily accessible yet surrounded by natural beauty, making it perfect for both exploring and unwinding. stayed there overnight on the way back to Delhi. the approach road was terrible, the room had average cleanliness, the service was. average, the bathroom has broken fittings, but food was good

We have booked two room in this property. One room was of premium category and other one was deluxe category. The deluxe category room was too small and virtually outside the main premises. Moreover, it was filled with smoke, and no one can spend more than 5 minutes. So, all four of us were shifted to premium room which was big enough. Second, we got to know that we have given worst of premium category room when we complained about insects - specially spiders. Also, there is a misrepresentation that its 5 minutes' walk from bhimtal lake. It takes roughly 4000 steps (2km ) to reach to property. Hence for going uphill it might take 25 minutes and for downhill it may take approximately 15 minutes. .

We wanted to stay in cozy and less crowded place, so we decided to stay for a day at bhimtal. Also we didn't want to be part of many activities so we decided to go for a hotel with better views. This place was awesome with the wonderful hospitality and the property was also very well maintained. Only issue is that from the main road you have to climb like 1km of steep roads which will take 200-300 everytime you travel using scooty or a cab. Coming down is also not that easy, we tried once it took 20 mins or so and it was not easy climb down as well. But given that we didn't have any big plans of going around our stay was very good. The caretaker and the helper were very friendly and helping, we had breakfast there it was very good. The nearby village area was also very relaxing so if going around is not your plan and you want to stay at a good place with relaxing mood then this will be the best place, but if you just want to keep your bags and head out then this is not the place, this is a retreat so just go to the room and enjoy life.

There is no value for money in this property when you are paying at least 7k. 1) the approach route to the property is a very steep and narrow climb of about 800 metres. You need to park your car in a narrow alley in front of the property entrance and if your car is park-er between/behind other guest's car, you'll be called every-time to remove your car. Major inconvenience to come every-time a guest needs to drive out of this alley. 2) the room size is very small for the price paid. At this price, the majority of the price being paid is only for the lake view you get from this property. Two of the lights in our room couldn't be switched off, so the caretaker removed the 2 bulbs out of them. The curtains were of the lowest quality through which a lot of light comes at sunrise. There were 3 big windows in the room which we later realised were open and couldn't be locked from inside. We didn't feel safe at all with these unlocked windows through which anyone could walk inside the room(given their size. When you pay 7k, you don't expect this. 3) breakfast options are limited. This is a homestay at the price of a 3-4 star hotel. You can book any other way better property in bhimtal in this price. We wasted our 7k on this property, hope you save your money.

The location of the resort was very good. The view from resort was very beautiful. Could see the lake from top. The food was really good and staff was very nice and friendly.

They treat you like family. Food is good. Vibes are good. Location and place is awesome. Spacious room, bhimtal view, great food. Staff is helpful and sweet.

This property is far better than five star hotels, the view of mountains from balcony gives you immense peace. The staff and caretaker behavior is very polite, and the food is delicious which makes this property 10/10. You can't expect more than this, even you can't add points to improve this because its already fulfilling each and everything you require during your stay.

All rooms have lake view, well maintained and food is good.

The best part of my stay here was the fact that the property is slightly away from the regular hustle and bustle of the city. Getting to the property is by a tricky road with some steep incline towards the end but can be managed. Also the staff is very cooperative to guide and get you to the property. The food here is absolutely lipsmacking. The food is home-cooked and simple. Having said that they always had options to offer.

Location of property is super, you get complete view of bhimtal lake.

Probably the best holiday in the hills we've had. The room with large windows and exclusive balcony offered amazing view of bhimtal lake and surrounding hills from a vantage point. The lawns with copious plants, flowers and trees added to the serenity of the place. We had breakfast and dinner and meals were great every time. Beds were comfortable and bathroom had all the necessities. The caretaker mohit and the kitchen boys were both helpful and efficient. Overall, a very memorable stay.

The cottage location is at a height that gives a beautiful view and makes it pleasant up there despite not so pleasant during the day in proper bhimtal in second week of june. The vehicle condition and driving skills are tested reaching to the cottage but once you are there it is very nice and you are at ease. Mohit, the caretaker and his team deserves all praise as they ensured you are comfortable and feel at home. Recommended stay.

Hotel and services and view from balcony is very good but hotel is at 1km height. The road is one way and too slanty. Hence hard to drive for some people.
