Terrible Stay

The hotel denied the booking and check in. I booked for 3 with 2 females with me and 11:30 at night we reached the property location. First issue was, I was not able to find the property location as per the location shared to us then after 7-8 calls the hotel owner answers the calls just to deny our check in. Hotel owner said. It’s your mistake why you booked for check in so late in the night and asked to wait for 3/4 hours then only they will be able to provide us the rooms. Thanks to MMT they helped with the full refund within 3 days. Not recommended at all

The room didn’t have good bedsheets, and although an extra mattress was provided, there was no additional bedsheet or pillow. We also faced a water issue that had apparently been ongoing but unnoticed by the owner, causing inconvenience in the morning.

1. The location was difficult to trace, and we could only find it with the caretaker's help. The hotel was advertised as having a/c rooms, but the air conditioner was not functioning. The staff attempted repairs but left the room dirty. The room lacked a tv, chair, work desk, and on-site assistance. There was no caretaker or any support staff available at the property. 5. A stove or induction was not provided as expected; instead, a gas stove *without* a gas cylinder was supplied. 6. The attached bathroom had no working light. Although i informed the caretaker, there was no response. 7. The common bathroom had a broken window glass, which posed a safety concern as it faces a neighboring building’s balcony. No drinking water was provided. I informed the caretaker via whatsapp, but despite reading the message, there was no response. 9. A window curtain was missing,
