Overall experience was good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good snow mountain and river view from room balcony. I have not taken any food in the hotel except tea which was good. Hotel is little far from mall road and if you want to go to mall road then you need to spend around 150-200 one way. Another point is they provide heater on chargeable basis rs. 300- for one night. In my case, they made it complimentary after some arguments. They also have me early check in without any extra charge.

This is my third visit to this hotel from past 6-7 years, property located at good location, river facing rooms however food quality and quantity not upto mark as per price quoted, expect hotel staff to be more proactive if you are hosting someone. Rooms and washrooms needs an upgrade from vintage approach.

I requested for early check in and top floor of room allocation. They allocated top floor of the room and early check in without any charges. Reception and the staffs are very decent handling of every customer. I love Manali nature and the people's . room very clean and neet. only thing is heater is payable.

It was totally worth the amount paid. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and neat and clean. They don't provide hot water at night. The location was excellent with a great view of the Beas River and snow laden mountain from the balcony. The washroom was spacious and clean. I will 100% recommend this property to others.
