An amazing place in the jungle, an exceptional owner. I am a solo traveller and had an amazing time reaching there and roaming around in the jungle. The tree houses are amazing and cozy and with all the facilities, will be visiting many times

coupleOk!!!! 1st thing first, a little difficult to reach at the property, but when you reach there, you’ll get mesmerised by the raw nature around the resort. I was looking for a stay i.e. totally away from city hustle bustle, and this place is exactly the same. Property hosts 2 very friendly dogs (Casper & Jacky), in fact casper accompanied me during local walkthrough nearby the property. Property owner Mr. Naresh & his wife is very friendly and so is the staff members (Bhanu & Vishnu). Food is as good as home made food.

Nice, not so easy access by road for families with toddlers

It's a great feeling to sleep in a tree house for the first time. The steps to the tree house are quite steep which makes you avoid going in/out frequently. Mr. Naresh and vishnu are very cooperative. Food and service is great as well. The main issue i found is the location. On the website it said kotkhai but actually it is at khatta nala which is quite deep inside countryside. The access roads are poor for the last 3-4 kms. I will recommend people to bring their suvs and stay for a day only here as there's not much to do except for a short trail. I recommend people to reach this property via thiyog instead of narkanda due to road quality.

If you are getting tired of crowded hill stations and looking for some peaceful location, then this place worth it. The location is away from the rush and crowds. The mesmerizing view of hills and pine woods jungle make your day. In the evening you can enjoy your drinks while sitting near the bone fire 🔥. The hosts are amazing and very supportive, they do their best to make your journey happening. The homely cooked food good like anything, simple yet healthy and delicious. At the end staying in a cosy wooden tree house has it's own unique experience.

The hospitality is something worth the total experience. The location is amazing for adventurous folks. The adventure tree house is very small, barely any space to keep the luggage, it has floor beds. But if you are looking out for some real close to nature experience, this should be on your list.
