The owner of this property is a very humble person. The property was very clean (5/5), amenities were excellent (5/5), and the location was outstanding—full of greenery. It’s the perfect spot for a party with friends. Once again, the owner was extremely friendly.

Visited this property on 25th aug 2023 with family. This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway in wayanad. It offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Owner of the property mr. Shaji and staff (mr. Chacko) were very hospitable and there for every need of our family. They took us out for a boat ride and swim in kabini river. There is a covered rooftop perfect to host a small get together for 20 persons, which we used as a bar. They arranged a bonfire in the night. The food was even better than expected. Credit to mr. Nikhil the chef. Loved the downtown location and atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again. The only negative point about the property is the last half a km road to property which is very narrow and not a tar road so though ok for cars but not advisable for bigger cars like fortune r and tempo traveller's.

Its a very secluded property that has a lake rite next to it. Ample greenery around. Really liked it.

Very satisfied with the property. Actually it's soo good for 2, 3 families, enough facilities to cook, dine, chill out. Such a wonderful place. Property owner shaji chettan was so cordial and very helpful. Without a doubt highly recommendable place.

We had booked this property for a family vacation and we had an amazing stay the host is super nice and helpful and kind. Also there is a river flowing right through the property where you can raft and a huge swing and fish pond. If you are a group of 6 or more people highly recommend this property.
