Room was not at all good. Bedsheets and blanket were not clean

Firstly the images shown on google are very much deceiving and very different from what is shown in google images. Toilets were dirty, taps were old and rusty. Bathrooms didn't had hooks. Geyser was not working water was cold. Pillows and blankets smell bad and used. The room had window in all 4 walls which raised safety issues as we slept in fear that anybody might peep in through the windows. In the night some man was banging our room door as well.We didn't took images as we didn't know we needed that

The stay was good. Don’t expect professional take care from the staff but the manager specifically needs a mention. He was good. Rooms were also good for this price. If you are allotted with a second floor room then the view also is excellent. Don’t expect a professional approach in room maintenance or management. But it’s okay considering the area as well as price band. Cleaning is seemingly an issue as bed sheets were not in that great condition. One issue is that if a family especially with elderly people choose to stay, it would be difficult as no lift was available and steps are also steep. You have to climb up to at least 3 stories with luggage as in my case they did not help with my luggage. Overall an okay experience. Away from town feel would be there for better.

The place is really good very near to the railway station. The staff are really cooperative. We reached the place very late around 2. 30 am late at night and we asked them for a pick up and they were so nice they had sent a vehicle to pick up. The place is clean with appropriate facilities.

It was only a room with bed for a night stay, there was nothing special about it, such an outdated place i chose to stay, i should had spent 500- more and chosen a better hotel. None seems to be good about it, 1- upon arrival they did not had a clue that i had a booking 2- room was getting clean with phenyl which gave unpleasant foul smell. 3- hot water in washroom irregular, worst kind of fittings such an outdated place 4- every time i called for help some answered that they were sleeping or not available 5- it was my mistake to book this homestay

Find the hotel with the help of google map and didn't receive any towel or water bottle at the location but room was ok and bathroom was also good and at the time of checkout they give you the dropping facility. Railway station also.

There was nobody at the front desk. You have to carefully go through the room facilities given other wise you will be in great trouble we have to upgrade it in to an ac room which cost additionally with out bill. No towels no soaps no facilities available. The only thing they did good to us is a cab drop near the railway station free of cost

These people don't even offer basic necessities like water or towels unless you ask for them. The staff was very rude. They overcharge the hell outta their customers but don't offer any facilities in return. Only stayed at the premise because it's next to kathgodam railway station. 0/10 would not reccomend

The 1st washroom was not cleared, the power was cut many times, and the fan was too slow. Otherwise the host was good so they arranged a pickup option from the station to the hotel.

Beds were exceptionally comfortable" "rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Well behaved staff and clean rooms, thank you for returning my wallet and the staff is honest.

They help me to locate my service place and they arrange scooty on rent for me, my overall experience is good staff is very cooperative special thanks to neeraj bro

Good hotel with good service and location in awesome staff is friendly and good Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

It was nice to stay at krishna home stay. Nice staff, clean room, clean washroom. Felt just like home.

The location is good but the cleanliness is horrible. They couldn't supply an extra pillow. Food is very bad. Bathroom does not even have a clean bucket, had given a bucket which was used in civil work like preparation of cement etc. Pathetic place, not suggetable for any body.

Krishna homestay was quite terrible. Room cleaning, bed, pillow cover, blanket and toilet was not clean and you can say it was below hygiene and was not appropriate for stay of human being. I don't know how make my trip approved such kind of dirty hotel or homestay. I will not recommend to any one to teak krishna home stay next time. Bad experience!
