The stay was comfortable and staff was very nice and helpful.

Changed my rooms twice. In both the rooms TV was not functioning because of a poor WiFi network they have. Swimming Pool was under maintenance (they say) and was not available. Amenities are not available as per the description. For a price at 4.5K it was not worth it.

No swimming pool, tv, wifi or bar as shown in the gloomy pictures. Rest all is there. I had to switch the room for non working conditioned ac. Tv doesn’t work since the wifi is not accessible without an adaptor which they have very few.

Stay is good. initial room they have provided is not good. heater was not working and not clean. But they immediately arranged another room. quick response. Food is Excellent.

The road to the khandala retreat was full pf potholes and it was very difficult to go to the place. Service of the khandala valey retreat was worst need to call the reception multiple times even for the water bottle or any other requirement.

Very bed experience, light is not working, hot water not in gesure, very bad experience, i suggest don't go in this hotel

Khandala valley retreat is a good place for a holiday getaway from the city, it has great rooms and good service staff. In this monsoon trip our experience was relaxing and enjoyable with good food onsite. An added bonus was the recreation room with a carrom board and table tennis table. The last part of the approach road was just a spoiler as the location is quite away from the main road.

Reaching location is big problem as road not constructed near the property. Rooms were big but not properly maintain. Service is slow food average low quality. Needs to improve overall.

It is just a 2 star hotel, not a resort. Pictures dont match the reality. Shower was leaking all over the bathroom. No cleaning of the room done before providing checkin. Even at the end, no invoice was given for the payment. Said the server is down. Later they send a kaccha bill over whatsapp. Total fraud.

Nice and cozy vibes in the stay. I would like to go visit again. Even the food was nice from the hotel kitchen.
