Not easily accessible and wrong photos, no kitchen and roads were also pretty bad along with high prices.

Food was not good but staff behaviour was good but room service is low

Good experience. People were very cooperative. Only issue is the height. View was good from the hotel.

I stayed here for 2 days. Initially i had a little doubt while checking in however the service staff at the hotel was amazing. Caretaker jeetu was an amazing person and never said no for any request. It was an amazing stay at this hotel. Location is awesome away from crowd and about 1- 1. 5 kms at a hight from mall road. Must visit

Hotel owner is good, but hotel is located at too much height, we were five members without vehicle so it cost 500 move every time when we go for outside it.

The bed and blankets were not cleaned, there was huge hair stuff and bad smell in rooms

Located above the hill and need to have vehicle if old age people. But if young people can easily trek. Food is good and you can also suggest for your own taste and they will cook. Safety and hygine is good.

Property is located at scenic mountain top, view is very scenic, caretaker is hospitable, caring and friendly. Room and washroom is very clean. Owner is very helpful. As a solo female traveller i enjoyed this stay.

This was my first homestay experience and made me ponder the money I have been wasting in hotels! I stayed at Jack Hill with one friend for 2 days. The property's location is serene with amazing balcony views and perfect for 'breakfast-with-a-view. There are apple trees around and a dog named Bhalu to play with. Host- Harsh was extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting places to visit and how to get anything that we needed (bikes, cabs. Harsh has a jolly nature and is fun to be around. You won't be bored if you travel solo with his company! Ankit- caretaker was very polite and jolly-natured as well, he'd cook anything you'd like to eat and he cooks really well! You could trouble him any time of the day! Must try his- Veggie grilled sandwich & aloo paratha. The property location might be slightly difficult to walk to, as it is built at a height from mall road, but it's totally worth it for the peace it brings away from any sort of traffic noise or anything. It's totally quiet to enjoy the best of mountains! The room was nice and spacious with wooden flooring and wide windows for you to wake up to a beautiful view and so was the washroom with proper water flow, and hot water is available at all times!
