IZI Beach Stay

The location was out of the city in nearby village. Also there is no reception . Just stairs to the room. No reception means no person to contact. We have to call the owner every time we need something.

The stay was quite close to the beach but the rooms were not neat and appeared very small

location is very good and close to beach access food menu found limited and the taest was average, room was near and clean but Wi-Fi was not worked and response from the service person was not satisfactory

No reception, no restaurant.. no towels no extra beds water leakage.. useless stay

The room is good. Suitable for bachelors. Own a vehicle is mandatory.

I could not make it to the venue as all roads leading to that place were all blocked due to a political meet. In fact, I inquired a day before and the person at the hotel was not aware and said no issues. I have requested Make my trip to get me a partial refund as I could make it and I booked 2 rooms.

Very Nice Hotel with a secluded beach experience and helpful caretaker. It is isolated and will provide a unique experience to those who love the sea.

Very Nice Restaurant. Beach view found Good. Food and all Very Good Rooms cleanliness found Good. Room Service found Good Room Persons approach is Good. Balcony found Good. Car Parking available. Two wheeler Rental available. Overall found Good.

Pisitives first: AC is properly functioning. It's a beachside home stay at very very nice to spend the night at the beach. All the rest are negatives. Very average rooms, small rooms. Restaurant is there on the top floor but you can't depend on it for breakfast or even morning tea. I asked for a tea at 9 in the morning and they told the restaurant is not open yet. And there are no options for even tea nearby. Nearest tea shop is a few kilometres away. Old building, rooms and furniture. Very difficult to even lock or unlock the rooms. So overall I paid around 3000 rupees per day but felt it's worth much less than that.

Izi Beach Stay is a wonderful place to visit. The caretaker, Arjun, provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant is fantastic, though it may take a little time to prepare.

Room is clean but no hot water, mentioned extra mattress but gave sofa instead, restraunts are far the one at the hotel is only non veg and like a bar & restraunt.

Good place to stay near beach... dogs were barking in night but apart from this stay was good.

Nice stay with a decent location but they charge for water bottle also and WiFi is not working......

there is no proper amenities like wifi and hot water though its a new year mrng we it's difficult for us to avail some services but room is excellent with beach view and service also good.

Location is good, value for money

I found the property on google and my luck was too good to find this. It's a clean, well built and new property. Just few steps from beach. Arjun is very cooperative. The food is good and tasty. Remember, you have to carry tooth brush, paste, shaving kit which won't be provided at the hotel.

The property is located on a very quiet stretch of beach, excellent location if you want to spend quality time by sea shore. The only downside is there is no restaurant nearby and transportation is scarce. WiFi was not available, but the rooms were well maintained and cosy. Overall a great experience, definitely recommended. The caretaker here, Arjun and the cook were also friendly and helped us a lot

The rooms were clean, with car parking and very close to the beach. They also provide you with a hot water kettle, wifi, etc.
