The name of the hotel is not displayed, the dressing table is broken

It was a guest house type. No more facilities other and a bed and ac. The pool is empty. Bathroom condition is very bad. It is not value of money.

Nice location, did not opt for food.
Geyser was problematic but they arranged for hot water in a bucket.

Awesome service and hospitality. Wish to stay again. Very near to business market.

The rooom felt dusty. Air conditioning was not working that day. Overall its okay

Room was OK but facelities like up to the mark . The swimming pool shown in the picture is just for show . No water in the pool . AC not working properly . Sheets not changed once during the entire week of stay .

There was no one to attend once I reached the hotel. Later I have been told that we won’t have occupancy in this hotel and made me stayed to other hotel nearby. I haven’t expect this from a biggest brand like make my trip. It’s a bitter experience.

Location wise it's good, but service suffers here. As already booked room but while reached they told me no room available for what I've booked after waiting few minutes they gave me double bed room in place of 3 bed room for what I've paid and same night when I gone outside for dinner they have changed my room without any information when I came back to hotel they informed that they have changed my room and then again wasted 30 min to get my luggage from previous room to new one. Silly things happened.

I have checked 2 days before with the Hotel Manager about the early check IN at 6 AM since my bus arrives early she said that's absolutely OK and have Vacancy. But when I reached at 5:30 AM All rooms where filled with Guests and only a non English speaking Bengali guy who is supposed to be a care taker was there to answer me. When I have enquired he told the Madam is not available and she will come only at 9AM. He called her and she told me to go to another serviced apartment which is 2 KM from that place and come back at 10. 30AM and she will be able to accommodate me at that time. I have booked the hotel just because it's opposite to DLF. When I enquired further the service boy told me that this kind of incidents are going on regular basis. I agree my check in time was 12 PM but only after checking with the hotel staff I have made the booking. Just imagine all this things are happening at early morning when there is still dark out there. Worst service.

The Location is the main advantage as it is on the road and just opposite of DLF. The staff are very polite and they have arranged alternate room when I had some problems in my booking. My Professor stayed here for his official visit and he was very much satisfied with the location and cleanliness.

It's near DLF IT park .. So location wise it's good for business purpose visit. Swimming pool inside the premises is an added advantage. Inside city if you want a relaxing space then this is it .. No second thought ..

The stay was pleasant and comfort why because the security and watch. The management and the staff are so polite and humble. The attendants make us to feel happy of the stay. Keep it up This will take you long way in the near future. Thanks
