Booking is confirmed yet says rooms are occupied

I booked for a single room. At the time of my arrival, they says rooms are occupied. They kept me waiting for a long time. Repeatedly checked booking id though i showed a whatsapp message of confirmation. They left me in dilemma for a while whether to stay there or leave from there.

The receptionist is a wasteful person he made me wait by saying that he didn't received confirmation from company, without properly checking his message. Room ambiance is okay, but for the bed-sheet what they have provided, I got skin allergy. No soap, no towel, no drinking water.
