Indraprastha Cottage | Rooms & Caretaker

The stay was a disaster a very horrible experience we were left to ourselves novody to look after the property or our needs. Firstly the rooms were damaged the walls were cracked the wadrobe was full of dust and had spider webs there was no centralized heating system and on asking was given to us after hours of waiting the overall condition of the room was horrible would strongly recommend to not stay ar such a location.

Hotel owner and mm t cheated with us and shows another property instead of what i booked and when i called mm t sumit supervisor didn't helped me proper and denying for refund. And i was standing for 2 hours on road with my family and children. And after so many argue he gave me only 3 days refund where fault is from mm t and landlord side. If you take this feedback seriously so i want my refund and composition for that. Really poor service.

Average good room cost is more

It was a broken, uncleaned and terrible cottage. The bedsheets were disgusting, were very smelly, had stains on them. We booked for 6 people there was no proper bedding. They had extra blankets which you couldn’t stand near to coz they weren’t washed maybe in years. Disgusting experience. A total waste.

The staff made me feel welcomed and were always there to answer any questions i had. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. Overall, it was a great experience and i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area!

Amazing! from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The rooms were comfortable, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff provided exceptional service. The food was delicious, and the natural beauty of the surroundings added to an already wonderful experience.

Disgusting behaviour and thanks to sita cottege for accommodating us

It was a stay in nature. View of snow covered mountain, forest etc was eye catching. Lawn of cottage was well maintained. About 6 colours of roses were there. Only shortcomings were no arrangement to hang clothes and some dampness on roof of bathroom.

Cottage for this price was very good. Staff was supportive but food wasn’t that good. Although good experience.

Booked three rooms at same price and one of them was like servant room at ground floor. Terrible room service and charging 500rs for room heater i. E. Way too high then the normal rent which is 300rs in most of the properties.

No cleaningness and roomserveice after check in. In complementary breakfast they provide only aalo paratha and tea no other option and other food rate is very high. For lunch and dinner food quantity and quality is very low (for example 2 boild eggs 90rs). Before Booking make sure to get the same things as promised. They say something and give something else. High prices but no vale to money. Please Note- The place is isolated from main market. Almost 2 Km away, no quick transportation facility. If booked just for 2km the charged 400rs per fair. #nopaisavaslu 👎
