At first, the Hotel Zamarrud palace owner and manager don't understand the whole booking process. They asked for the whole amount written in the voucher (including discount). Otherwise, the rooms are all Ok. Nice and peaceful. A veranda is also there which connects all the rooms. No attached bathroom. A common bathroom for 4 rooms. But it is neat and clean. But the behaviour isn't well enough. When checking out at 9.30 pm (earlier than actual check out time) we asked the manager to keep out baggage for some time. But he refused it.

We stayed here as a couple for one night. We didn't exactly get a warm welcome, but it was okay. The place looked pretty new and was quite clean. The room was good. Bathroom was not attached and doesn't have a western toilet. But the squat toilet was fine we were allowed to order food from swiggy, which was also nice. The staff doesn't speak a lot of English, so that's a bit not handy sometimes. Location is close to the lake, but the other tourist spots are quite far. Not a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood.
