The food in the restaurant is good in quality and taste and reasonably priced. In the room they do not provide tea coffee sachets which are important items to wake you up smiling. Elevator is there. You have to walk minimum 150 metres to 200 mtrs to reach hotel as it is in narrow by lanes. Which is the biggest disadvantage for senior citizens and those who are heavy built. Thanks

Seemed understaffed. Yet to gear up after the lockdown. Approach is difficult and the difficulty was more acute due to repairs managerial staff is pleasant and appeared helpful, made the right sounds, made promises and gave assurances. There was some movement but only after reminders
