Only Indian type toilets (bio type) were available in the CC coaches of Shatabdi 12243. Numbering of coaches is not prominently visible. Hard to find the correct coach for elderly people traveling alone.

Good, but not elderly friendly

Location is on the highway no proper parking, the parking is in the basement and the entry is very narrow. After 6 pm you will not get coffee tea and no amenities provided for tea or coffee. Rooms are spacious but lot of water leakage in the toilet and i have to change the room total a good reception but morning when asked for coffee at 7 they bluntly said not possible to provide as shop is closed. Totally dissatisfied had made a mistake by selecting the hotel.

Ambience is great. Well maintained rooms. Staffs are polite and helpful. Strongly recommended.

Location is with access to all. No restaurant. Not even coffee tray. No drinking water in room. No one to receive. No house keeping. No room service. Not worth for the price.

Veey nice hospitality

Arrogant attitude and they blame on makemytrip trip that you are paying only 1000 rupees though i paid 2350 rupees. And they ask to cancel by 9. 30 pm in the night along with my family. They where irritating us and made us to cancel as they have option of no refundable. They are very deliberately doing this. I ever face such a worst experience in my life time. Using kundas and using all abuse languages. Better mmt do block list this hotel. And whatever the old reviews are fake it seems and quality also very bad. The amount charged for the room also so high. For family suit again the charged 450 for my child

I booked hotel thinking that it would be good, but the prices were more services were bad and on that room are worst than what you can compare from the pictures, totally unsatisfied.

They misplaced the things in few places. The window curtain got covered the glasses which was paced there for drinking water. When we remove the curtain the glass got fell down and broken. We paid extra for that.
