There were a lot of problems 1. They gave me a broken part of soap for hand wash 2. Building was very noisy, couldn't sleep till mid night 3. Blanket was dirty and torn. 4. No kettle 5. No geyser 6. Nothing for mosquitoes

About hotel shivalika, only thing is room is spacious, bed is hard, tv is not working, about hotel shivalik

The only good thing about the room is it's spacious and cleans the room every day, the bed is hard as stone and dusty due to which i got allergies and mosquitoes and bed bugs are plenty. We don't have hot water to shower. The staff is good and they are responsive
