Did not like as they took 30_45 minutes for my check in. The rooms do not look the way these are shown in the snaps. Too costly for its atmosphere, city and standards. Reputed brands offer better facilities at 2/3rd the tariff they charged. Hopeless!

Improvements in Hotel services

Not able to access Wi-Fi. Tata sky connection was deactivated and other basic thing which was missing was hot water supply. After 12 Pm, I was able to get warm water which is unsatisfactory. My suggestion is kindly sure all the basic amenities before allotting rooms for valuable customers.
