Hotel booked but owner told it’s a fake booking and we have no rooms. . Refund my money

This property area is very neat and clean

Hotel staff is very helpful, pravat is very good person

I checked in on 5th seep and checked out on 6 sep. Hotel called me and asked me to come as room is ready so i checked in at hotel. Later i saw that he has cancel-led my booking. Upon asking he said that i need to pay only what was showing in app. So ideally in order to save the commission that goes to mm t he cancel-led my booking and took complete money from me. Hotel was pathetic with no cleaning and sanitation even at the covid 19 pandemic. They should be punished by offloading from mmt. I trusted hotel bcoz of mm t but my trust went for a toss.

Only one bucket and mug for bathing and toilet. Shower non-functional. No bedsheets or pillow cover. Bed broken in middle. No charging point near bed. Very cheap hotel though.

Privacy and hygiene is very poor. Not good

It's very close to sea beach. I feel very comfortable there.

Good behavior & helpful also quick responding to your needs

Manager's behaviour is superb. Room is good at such cheap rate. Though some issues regarding bathroom but it is adjustable.
