The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room. Some might find it a little tight. But it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

1. Room was ok, ac wasn't working. 2. There was a very poor mobile network availability. 3. Landline phone wasn't working. Had to go to reception to order for food.

Hotel saffron gold was an average hotel. No toiletries and towel was provided. Had to ask for the same.

No proper staff and room service extensions not working no blankets stay was worst no value for money

The bus was two hours late from it’s departure time & also bus was very dirty unhygienic toilet condition was pretty bad, sheets blankets were very dirty & has soggy smell kinda thing all in all it was terrible experience. Thank you

Firstly it wasn't a balcony room as booked. When inquired they wanted additional amount for it. Seondly the room was filled with mosquitoes for which they had no resolution as the liquid repellent was also not working and this was the situation on fourth floor, probably because of unhigenic condition. Food is pathetic, unhygienic and unhealthy. Provided only one towel for the room. Cannot provide another blanket as they dont have extras, as told. Bed mattress was broken in the middle with springs not working. Booked it because it was an mm t proffered property. Experiencing this i switched on to my further two days booking on another app and i am fully satisfied. As the booked hotel recieved us well, being the guest of that app and even upgraded our stay. I suggest mm t to create this type of working relation with the hotels where at least they should have some concerns towards business.
