It's a nice and safe hotel. Those who come for tibetan ayurvedic medicine should stay here as its location is perfect for it. Food is cook within the hotel and it tastes good too.

Daily sanitization, good staff, serving hygiene food totally hotel was very nice and surrounding locations very beautiful. We stayed four days so hotel really good because staff was very nice and good room serving i my room most beautiful sceneries looking at exterior side fully covered with snow mountains staff hygiene, and good serving for food items like roti, chapati egg, etc.

Would not suggest this hotel to anyone as the owner is a unprofesional, who will ask for extra charge to get appointment in Tibetan clinic which is the main purpose of staying here for most of the guests. The room has lot of mosquitoes and the food is unhygienic ally prepared. Would suggest to take nearby home stays that are 200 m away or hotel in Dharmashala which are 4 km away from the clinic.

Sir tibetan clinic is not our property. And you have booked standard room but I offered you good rooms with view. And please dont misguide other people about appointment. Food was not hygiene, extra charges for poor working of heater and their own trance port system with the worst old Maruthi800 was complete cheating.
Extra charges of demanded for heater and it's not working properly, it was worst experience, I was cheated by them.
