Poor facilities, no ventilation at room, too much hot

I booked two single rooms but the availability was not there even though i paid the amount in advance. They put us in 3 bed one. The approach of staff was cordial.

Hotel is located in the industrial area on the national highways. Good stay and staff is cooperative.

I was solo traveling through vapi city for some work. Late night i caught a train from mumbai to vapi. But the train departure time was 11:30 pm. Suddenly one question peeped into my head, where did i spend the night today? i got the address of this hotel. Then i booked the room in this hotel late at night. My booking got confirmed. I called the hotel and said that, will be there approximately 12 0clock. They agreed. I reached vapi railway station. Then took auto and reached to the hotel. The welcomed me and provide me room without any extra charge and any delay. I stayed there for 5 hours. Therefore i can't review more specific. But i would like to suggest if you want to stay near vapi station then this hotel is best option for solo travelers and friends and family.

In the room mosquitoes are present for sucking blood and for drinking water not any packaged drinking water.

Rooms where smelling no towls provided. No hot water after 2 baths hot water gone.

My train from bhavnagar reached vapi early morning i e. 5:30 a. M. Therefore i waited till 8 am to contact the hotel for a request to allow me an early check in, but the manager turned down my request i again called him and requested to keep my luggage there for few hours so that i can visit the place where i have to go and i will check in after 12 noon. He only agreed on payment of rs 300 hundred. I reachec the hotel and paid extra rs 300 and he allowed me to check in but the room which he gave me was on 2nd floor. I am a heart patient and climbing steep stairs is quite difficult for me. There is no lift/escalator in the hotel. I asked the manager to give me room on ground floor but he did not accept the request. Mostly all rooms at ground and first floor were empty. The room which wuss given to me was in a bad condition, there wuss foul smell all around. I only remained there for a few hours and checked out. It was the worst experience for me.

I would like to say, i dont know if other hotels have this facility, but this hotel has, so by mistake i happened to click on one switch in midnight, and suddenly i gets a call from reception that if every thing is alright,, then i realized that might be some emwrgency signal to the reception that can be used for sudden health problem. That i really liked

Good within budget. Good for official stay purpose. You can try it for once

I didn't get the hot water at all. I was asked to manager he said open the left hand Side tap but I don't get the hot water. And finally I have took a Bath with cold water.

Room was not cleaning, toilet commode not working, window curtain not cleaning, TV remote not working, pillow not clean, blanket is small.

Experience was really nice.

I can't open the window of any kind of room and also door lock problem

It was family of 6 members. Hot and humidity. It was very difficult to survive without AC.
