Hotel Pratap Palace

Unsafe, Uncomfortable & Overrated lazy staff who even tried entering without knocking, no hot water, broken switchboards, and a slow AC. Rooms are clean but old and badly need renovation.

Hotel's location is good known to everyone. All hosts were very friendly cooperative. Food quality and quantity is quantam.

Cockroach found inside the hotel room, no shampoo available from the hotel side, no any self tea preparation items available in room. Fridge facility not available in given room. I have paid high rent but room not found as expected.

Worst experience. The room was very dirty, looks never cleaned for ages. Ciggerate butts all over the room and washroom. Washroom was not clean, ciggerate butts floating here and there. Linens/pillows was very dirty. No towels in the bathroom. No one should book this hotel. Highly not recommended for families.

It was very disgusting, facilities are not as mentioned in the app, and against the price they charge it totally waste of money. Never go for this hotel. Rooms are very old, not clean, linens are also very dirty.

Let me start with the property location which is super nice if you have an early train for return. It's near railway station. Food served there was if nice quality and quantity. The problem was with the room. The maintenance was not good. Walls were leaking bedsheet was stained and had to call twice for room service. Why i would recommend this to female population is one of their employees sang a stupid song to us while me and my sister was leaving hotel. To he noted its was just us 2. The employee was of short height dark haired middle aged man with him 4 others male employees were there but they did said anything on this. So overall it had been a poor experience despite other employees were quite nice.

Terrible rooms, dirty bathroom and bedsheets, even the extra mattress provided was wet and cold. Pathetic room service and helpdesk staff were not at all cooperative. Despite of numerous complains and reminders the staff were very slow to respond and often mistook the given instructions. Definetly would not recommend to book this hotel for your stay.

It was overall good experience its just they need to work in their restaurant menu, else i find it a good stay

Worst worst stay, worst food, nothing was there no quilts, it was too cold but no management rooms was dirty and poorest locations, everywhere we found dustbin rooms, it looks like they didn’t cleaned it from a month worst stay

No complementary breakfast given there were rats and cockroaches in the room. Terrible experience. Waste of money. No hygiene.

In the advt.the location shown is misleading for SRCTZN .WHICH is further 200 mtrs away inside the lane. service : in the room service is moderate as per price .🙂 Hotel look is good.

Stayed in 304, room was very shabby. Washroom was also very dusty and full of water marks and had leakage of water from faucet. There was no proper lighting in the washroom.

Cleaness and service of hote was very poor. M not upto the mark. Even hotel have no saving kit, tooth brushes kit and no tea and suger bag in hotel.

Rooms are not at all clean, cigarette buds were lying here and there after many calls no body has cleaned it. Bed sheets linen are very untidy and smelly. No toiletries were given only a small piece of soap they had given when we asked for. We took 2 rooms both are of same situation. No towels, no cleanliness, not at all recommended to stay as per room charges it is not good.

Kitchen intercom does not respond. Hotel don't provide toiletries properly shortage of towels. We three people stayed and only one towel provided. Bed sheet pillow covers should change daily when customers stay more than one day

Mm t charges taken were more than the hotel's own tariff. Stay of the next day was much cheaper than booking through mmt. Very disappointed this time.

Location is good, nice parking space for cars. Rest amenities are average.

Property location is very reachable and near to varanasi junction railway station. Food quality is very nice. Hygiene and safety is also excellent.
