I have been staying in this hotel for a long time and I get all the facilities here and the staff here is very good, whatever I need, I tell the staff and they get it and the rooms here are very neat and clean, I did not find any hotel better than this.

actually it’s a oyo hotel and everyone knows oyo hotel is famous for

it was the worst stay room had no bucket , beds were not set properly, dirty lenin we got replaced, basic amenities like soap towels buckets shampoo where not there, it took me 20 minutes to set the room ready from them , also no dust bin, toilet where not clean used soap 🧼 where their , we checked in late 7 pm but still they didn’t set room, i have a request for your team do not send guest to these type of lodge totally unacceptable stay waist of money. lodge is over priced. thanks

Hotel's name is hotel piash, it is mentioned as hotel o vivekananda marg, which is very confusing. Rooms are not clean, water logs in the bathroom making it very irritating to even step in it.

Property deny to check in and i am suffering to this type off issue

please don't go to this hotel. One of the worst hotel in praygraj. They don't follow oyo rule. they will charge u much more than you have booked.
